Single and double = $121.00 + 11% tax= $134.31. Individual pay = $85.00 + 11% tax = $94.35/night

Triple = $140.00 + 11% tax = $155.40. Individual pay = $104.00 + 11% tax = $115.44/night

Quad = $159.00 + 11% tax = $176.49. Individual pay = $123.00 + 11% tax = $136.53/night

Pool Building Family Suite:

Single and double = $191.00 +11% tax = $212.01. Individual pay= $155.00 +11% tax = $172.05/night

Triple = $210.00 +11% tax = $233.10. Individual pay = $174.00 + 11% tax = $193.14/night

Quad = $229.00 + 11% tax = $254.19. Individual pay = $193.00 + 11% tax = $214.23/night

Front Building Efficiency:

Single and double = $136.00+ 11% tax = $150.96

Individual pay = $100.00 + 11% tax = $111.00/night

Booking Information

Rates are subsidized down by $39.96 per room. When making reservations please note the rate you will be given by the reservation desk will be the unsubsidized rate; example: single room will be $121.00 + tax. This is not the rate you will pay. Upon check out the subsidized rate + tax, shown above in bold, will be the rate you will pay.

Subsidized rates shown above in bold include a full breakfast buffet at the Bird-in-Hand restaurant located on the premise. Individuals will receive breakfast vouchers for the stay at check-in

Also note there is an add-on of $9.00/night for children 4-16 years of age.

When making reservations guests must call the Central Reservation Department at 1-800-537-2535. Reservations must be made under Northeast Church of God.

RESERVATION CUT OFF DATE: September 9, 2022.

There is a Bird-in-Hand farmland small bus tour provided by the hotel. This tour will take place in the early afternoon around 1:00 p.m. Tour is complementary by the hotel, the tour guide works on a gratuity basis. Date of tour to be determined.

This a non-smoking establishment and it is strictly enforced. If evidence of smoking is found in the lodging or meeting rooms additional charges will be incurred by the individual and applied to the individual’s account.

Alcohol is not to be consumed in common areas on the Bird-in-Hand property. Alcohol may be consumed in the lodging rooms and the meeting rooms.

Bird-in-Hand has a strict no tolerance policy prohibiting pets of any kind. If an individual has a pet for special requirements then proof/certification must be presented to allow the pet in the lodging room. If the hotel finds evidence that a pet has been in the lodging or meeting rooms then an additional charge will be incurred by the individual and applied to the individual’s account.

Reservations for Bird-Inn-Hand family inn and restaurant are made on an individual basis and a credit is needed to hold individual reservations. Bird-Inn-Hand family inn and restaurant must be notified 4 weeks prior to cancellation of individual reservations to avoid charges to your credit card. If we reserve 20 lodging rooms this year B-I-H family inn and restaurant will include a second activity room (Robin room) at no charge to the church.
