Reservation Information:

Reservations must me made under Northeast Church of God. The direct line to the hotel is 717-381-4400 or 1-800-HILTON or online at www.hilton.com.

These rooms include full kitchen (full size refrigerator, microwave, range top, sink, coffee maker, dishwasher, cook ware, silverware and dishware).

There are 18 rooms reserved, of which 8 rooms have 1 bedroom with 1 king size bed with a fold out bed in the living room, and 10 rooms have 1 bedroom with 2 queen size beds and a fold out bed in the living room. All rooms include a hot buffet breakfast (hotel will provide turkey bacon or other non pork breakfast meat).

Also included is a social in the dining room Monday through Thursday from 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM which includes a salad, finger foods and liquid refreshment. Arrival date is October 13, 2019, Departure date is October 22, 2019.The room rate is $119.00 / night + 11% tax.

The reservation cut-off date is September 13, 2019. Reservations made after this date will be subject to availability and the going room rate + tax at that time.

Cancellation Policy:

Individual cancellations will be accepted up to 72 hours to the arrival date by 3 PM EST. Individuals that do not arrive on the scheduled arrival date and were not previously cancelled, will be considered a no show and charged for 1 room night and tax, any additional nights reserved will then be cancelled.
